Making an Online Reservation

General Information

The Boyne Falls Motels takes a personal approach in it's reservation policy. We receive hundreds of reservation requests each day. In an effort to provide our guests with a guaranteed room reservation, One of our booking agents will contact you within 4 hours to confirm your reservation request and answer any questions you may have. if you prefer you may call us toll free at 888-609-7261

You must be using Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape or another Web browser that uses the same security scheme as Netscape. Using an incompatible Web browser will result in an error message from our secure Netscape booking server. This is designed to protect you since everything you enter will be secure.

Make a Motel Reservation

The Booking Request Form will allow you to get priority booking at our motels. You must have a secure Web browser (Ex: Netscape or Microsoft Internet Explorer) in order to proceed any further in making a  reservation.

The Booking Request Fields are (all fields are mandatory unless noted below):

 

  • First Name:
    First name of the guest

  • Last Name:
    Last name, or surname, of the guest

  • Telephone
    A telephone number for the guest

  • Email Address:
    An e-mail address for the guest. A confirmed notification of the reservation will be sent to this e-mail address. If the reservation is subsequently canceled, a cancellation notification will also be forwarded to this e-mail address. For security purposes, any notifications sent via e-mail will NOT contain credit card numbers.

     

  • Street Address, Suite or Apt. Number, City, State, Zip Postal Code, and Country:
    A mailing address for the guest.

 

  • Arrival Date:
    The date you will arrive at the Motel. 

 

  • Number in party:
    The total number in your party. 

 

  • Length of Stay:
    The number of days you will be staying at the Motel.

 

  • Non-Smoking -or- Smoking:
    Select your preference for either a non-smoking or a smoking room.

 

  • Pets:
    Please indicate if you will be bringing a pet during your stay at the motel.

 

  • Additional Needs or Comments:
    Please add any comments or additions needs your party will need. we will make every effort to fulfill your requests, however please be aware we can not guarantee this.

     

Once the form is complete, click on the "Send Form" button. Once the form has been sent you will be taken to a confirmation page. One of our customer service representatives will call you back within 4 hours (during normal business hours) To confirm your reservation, select the right room for you and your party, and help take care of any special needs you may have.

What happens when I make a reservation?
One of our customer service representatives will call you back with in 4 hours (during normal business hours) To confirm your reservation, select the right for you and your party, and help take care of any special needs you may have.
Are taxes included in the rate?
rates do not include taxes.
What if I need a specific room (non smoking, handicapped etc..)?
Please enter your request in the request field of the reservation form. The Motel staff will do their best to accommodate these requests, however we cannot guarantee that your requests will be granted because they are subject to availability upon arrival.
Is the room per person or per night?
Rates are quoted per room on a nightly basis unless otherwise specified.
 
What is the check-in time?
Motel check-in time is 1PM.
Will you hold my room if I am arriving late?
Please call us at 1-888-609-7261 and we will book your for your arrival time.
What if I need early arrival?
Early arrival is a request that you should note in the request section of the reservations page. As with any request the Motel staff will do their best to accommodate these requests, however we cannot guarantee that your requests will be granted because they are subject to availability upon arrival.
What do I do if I need to change my reservation?
If you need to modify your reservation, please contact our Customer Care for assistance. Please note that you may be required to cancel your original reservation and rebook for the new dates. However, we suggest you first check availability for the new desired dates in order to avoid any disappointment from canceling your first booking if the new dates are not available. Cancellation fees may still apply, as the first reservation is considered "cancelled," but credit may be given for unused room nights, if applicable per the cancellation penalty.
What is the cancellation policy? Will my credit card be charged if I do not cancel my reservation(s)?
Our cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to your arrival data at check-in.
Upon arrival and check-in, you are responsible for consuming the entire length of stay. No refunds or credits will be issued for any nights reserved but not consumed. There is a $25.00 cancellation charge, this charge is $25.00 per room for multiple room bookings.
Your cancellation policy reads "Cancel 72 hours prior to arrival" and I plan on checking in at 11PM. Can I cancel my reservation by 11PM, 72 hours before my arrival?
Cancellation policies are related to check-in time, not your projected arrival time. Our cancellation policy indicates cancellation 72 hours prior to check-in, this means you must cancel 72 hours prior to your arrival date at check time.
How do I cancel my reservation?
Reservations must be canceled by calling customer service.

If I check out early on a reservation, can I obtain a refund for the nights I did not stay?
Upon arrival and check-in, you are responsible for consuming the entire length of stay. No refunds or credits will be issued for any nights reserved but not consumed.
How can I obtain a receipt for my room reservation?
Our Customer Service team will call you to confirm and take your credit card information to reserve your room, and will send you an email once your credit card has been charged. this email will not include your credit card number, but will show the card type and the amount charged, and the dates booked. You may use this email as a receipt.
